Yes, it is possible to return any product as long as it meets the requirements set out in our Returns and Exchanges policy. — According to Decree-Law No. 24/2014, the customer has a legal period of 14 days to return a product purchased online and shipped by carrier; — The acceptance of the return is subject to the following conditions: A maximum period of 14 days after receiving the purchase; The product must be returned in its new and unused/sealed condition, in the original box with all included accessories and the respective serial number and manufacturer's seal; — To exercise your right of return, the customer must request via email (
geral@bled.pt), specifying the order number, the description or reference of the product(s) they wish to return. — The customer must also pay attention to whether the product they wish to return was purchased as part of a promotional campaign and if, for that reason, they received any free product. If that is the case, they must return not only the product in question but also the gift that was assigned with their purchase.
