All orders on our website are sent via email and the corresponding invoices are also available in the customer area. If you want an invoice with a VAT number, just fill in the fields in the billing form at checkout. If the VAT number field is left blank, the invoice will be issued to the final consumer.

Any shipment made through our company is provided with a tracking code that allows you to locate the order at any time on the website of the respective service provider. This tracking code is sent by email as soon as the order is dispatched and is also available in the customer area. After obtaining the tracking code for your shipment, simply access the website of the service provider and use the shipment locator available for free to everyone.

Yes, according to Decree-Law No. 84/2021, a 3-year warranty for manufacturing defects is mandatory for B2C customers. In the first 2 years, it is assumed that the defect already existed. In the 3rd year, the customer must prove the origin of the defect. In the case of B2B customers, there is no legal obligation for a warranty.
