Hifonics Brutus BRX5.2C 2-Way Speakers 5.25" 13cm

The shallow installation depths of speakers are becoming increasingly important for many applications, but generally, shallow speakers sound quite thin due to the limited travel in the bass range and represent a musical compromise. With the newly developed BRUTUS BRX series, HiFonics has brilliantly changed that. Even the 6.2-inch bi-directional BRX6.2C fits with a mounting depth of only 42 mm, not only in almost all openings but also impresses especially with very good bass performance. This is mainly possible due to the completely newly developed carbon fiber cone, which is extremely stable yet very light - a necessity, especially with flat speaker enclosures. With a separate inline crossover, the 20 mm neodymium Silkdome tweeters are relieved from the low frequencies. Thanks to the compact design of the crossovers, installation is also easy.
