Hifonics Brutus BRX62 6.5" 16.5cm Coaxial 2-Way Speakers

Shallow speaker installation depths are becoming increasingly important for many applications, but shallow speakers usually sound quite thin due to the limited excursion in the bass range and represent a musical compromise. With the newly developed BRUTUS BRX series, HiFonics has brilliantly managed to change this. Even the BRX6.2C 2-way system with a nominal size of 16.5 cm fits with an installation depth of only 42 mm, not only in almost every opening, but especially impresses with very good bass performance. This is primarily made possible by the completely newly developed carbon fiber cone, which is extremely stable, yet very light - a must, especially with flat speakers. With a separate inline crossover, the 20 mm Silkdome Neodymium Tweeters are freed from low frequencies. Thanks to the compact design of the crossovers, installation is also easy.
