To replace the switch in the Pre-LCI 2003-2008 version, it is necessary to dismantle the door panel to replace the switch.

To replace the switch in the LCI 2008-2010 version, it is not necessary to dismantle the door; simply use a plastic or flat-head screwdriver to remove the switch trim from the top, use a precision screwdriver to remove the old switch, and then snap in the new one.
