StP Devil's Gold is a new self-adhesive polymeric vibration-absorbing material, designed for acoustic insulation of cars. It has improved vibration damping characteristics over a wide temperature range.

Composition:

• 90 micron aluminum foil layer;
• sticky polymer layer;
• anti-adhesive protective paper.

Advantages:

• 15% lighter. The new 3 mm thickness, as well as an improved polymer layer, reduces the weight of the sheet compared to StP Gold 3.2.
• More flexible. It has become even easier and faster to install the material on complex curved car surfaces.
• High heat resistance. The material's composition contains a special filler, which has a reinforcing effect and eliminates fluidity.
• Reliable corrosion protection. The use of innovative additives allows for strong adhesion to metal, thus eliminating body corrosion.

Installation conditions:

The material is mounted on clean, dry, painted metal surfaces, including those with complex terrain. To clean dirt from the surface, it is recommended to use water with neutral detergents that do not contain organic solvents or alkalis. Oily surfaces should be degreased with solvent and dried. The temperature in the workroom should be 18-30°C. The material is peeled off the anti-adhesive paper, pressed against the surface to be treated, and carefully rolled until the relief is completely smoothed out. Once disassembled, the product cannot be reused. Installation on contaminated and corroded metal surfaces is not allowed.

It is important to avoid air bubbles forming between the material and the car body. For installation, use the StP roller.
