The OSRAM BATTERYstart STARTER CABLE 1200A is a high-quality jumper cable designed for professional and private use. The cables are made of copper-clad aluminum, which reduces cable resistance and enables constant and effective power transmission. The jumper cable has a length of 5 meters with a cross-section of 50mm². Thanks to the length and cross-sectional area, it is possible to jump-start vehicles with gasoline and diesel engines up to 9.5 liters of displacement, as a peak current of up to 1200A can be achieved, while a continuous current of 600A is given. It is suitable for voltages of 12V and 24V. To prevent high wear, the OSRAM BATTERYstart STARTER CABLE 1200A is coated in flexible and durable PVC, the insulated clamps and handles provide additional safety and durability. The different colors of the cables and the clamp handles reduce the risk of mixing up positive and negative terminals and thus the risk of incorrect battery connection. The storage bag included in the scope of delivery allows the cables to be stored neatly and space-saving. Conveniently, the operating instructions are also attached to the back of the storage bag and are therefore quickly at hand.
