The OSRAM BATTERYstart STARTER CABLE 1200A is a high-quality jumper cable designed for professional and private use. The cables are copper-coated aluminium, which reduces cable resistance and allows for constant and effective charge transmission. The jumper cable has a length of 5 metres with a cross-section of 50 mm². Thanks to the length and cross-sectional area, it is possible to jump-start vehicles with petrol and diesel engines with up to 9.5 litres of displacement, as a peak amperage of up to 1200A can be achieved, while providing a continuous amperage of 600A. It is suitable for 12V and 24V voltages. To prevent high wear, the OSRAM BATTERYstart STARTER CABLE 1200A is coated with flexible yet durable PVC; the insulated handles and clamps provide additional safety and durability. The different colours of the cables and clamp handles reduce the risk of confusing the positive and negative terminals and therefore the risk of incorrect connection to the battery. The included storage bag allows the cables to be stored neatly and space-savingly.
